How do I open the tools?
After payment, install our Chrome extension and sign in to your dashboard. Every tool in your pass has an Access button that opens it in a new tab.
Which email can I sign up with?
Use a real Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail address. We send a confirmation link to verify it.
How do I renew?
Open Order/Renew in your dashboard and pay again. We send a reminder before your pass ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not available once a pass is active, so message us before buying if you are not sure a tool fits your work.
Is this an official subscription to each tool?
No. You get shared access to premium tools through our dashboard, which is why the price is much lower. Saved projects may be visible to other members, so keep private client data out of shared tools.
How can I pay from outside Bangladesh?
International customers can pay by crypto or bank transfer. In Bangladesh you can also pay with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Access starts right after payment.
A tool is not working. What should I do?
Remove the old extension, install the latest one from the extension page and try again. If it still fails, open a help desk ticket or message us.
